• Establishing and implanting a system for document numbering, revision numbering, and equipment / instrument / line numbering. • Establishing deliverable forms and formats. • Controlling and recording engineering and design changes. •Process all incoming and outgoing documents through document control system using ProArc and COREWORX • Monitor and continuously improve the document control procedures in accordance with project objectives • Proof read and analyze the document against actual document transmittal form and ensures correct data accordingly • Assist with workflow coordination • Manage document control and archiving • File creation and organization of databases • Complete status reports on an identified basis (weekly and monthly) • Renaming scanned file and segregate file according to Fluor tree • Ensure all client requirements, company standards, procedures and work process are effectively applied and followed in the execution of the project. • Documentation final handover as per client requirements and criteria.
• Responsible for the activities of document control including archiving, filing and distribution of documents
• Prepares Document Transmittal, Delivery and collection of documents from other departments on regular basis.
• Responsible for setting up, developing and maintaining a central filing system.
• Responsible for keeping all the Project documentations safe and secure.
• Maintaining proper documents tracking, delivering and receiving documents within the organization, insuring easy access to these documents, and setting the different processes and policies related to the document controlling system.
• Complete status reports on an identified basis (weekly and monthly)
• Maintain confidentiality of all the documents.
• Ensure all client requirements, company standards, procedures and work process are effectively applied and followed in the execution of the project.
• Ensures that all documents have no errors in file names, submissions, etc.
• Receiving, logging and distributing all technical documents on a day-to-day basis and assisting in the coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate and expedite the work flow
• Maintaining an accurate filing system for all project related documents
• Maintaining a schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, department, and supplier requirements
• Expediting the review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents
• Assisting and supporting in delivering the documents (drawings and specifications) to appropriate stakeholders
• Ensuring all project documents and technical documents are logged efficiently

• Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
• Scanning in all relevant new documents.
• Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
• Presentation and filing of documents and drawings.
• Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.
• Issuing and distributing controlled copies of information.
• Managing and maintaining a Meridian Document Control System.
• Provide advice on procedures of issue and methods in accessing the system.
• Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing
