Direct entire functions related to TETRA and Tech Services for Mowasalat TBS Operations with special reference to Test Events and FIFA World cup 2022, ensuring seamless functioning of daily activities. Lead overall planning and distribution of TETRA and associated tech devices as per requirement. Oversee and review user terminals and TETRA network services operations at venues and NOS Sites, aimed at identifying and addressing network signaling issues professionally. Monitor Ooredoo MiFi services for end users through proper supervision of MiFi devices planning and distribution to FWC22 operational personnel as required, while managing asset monitoring and management on TADS and MS Office 365. Collaborate with NEC vendor during troubleshooting maintenance of company’s offered support services as well as business potential stakeholders. Actively partake in IT teams meeting to pinpoint Tetra software and hardware requirements. Prepare and retain appropriate records of complex reports and documents as per set policies and procedures. Inspect Radios and relevant peripherals status, revise status of TADS system, and formulate a list of equipment.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the implementation teams of ELV & ICT Systems such as access control system, CCTV, data network and fiber optical networks on Ashghal projects (MPSO, EV Bus Stations) and UCC project (Wajba Palace phase 2).
• Responsible for testing and integration of ELV & ICT systems. Passive and active devices such as managed switches, IP interface with systems and CPE.
• Responsible for Test and Commissioning of ACS, CCTV and Managed Network.
• Responsible for task planning, teams and project management.
• Responsible for installation Quality, customer interfacing, sub-contractors management.
• Support for procurement and project cost management.
• Responsible for project documentations and design updates such as reports, method statements, as builds and inspection requests.

Key Project: Siemens W.L.L TRAM People Mover System project at Qatar Foundation
Directed sub-contractors and implementation teams at TSS, Depot, Car Parks, and Typical Tram Stop for Public Information, Public Address, Electronic Security, Access Control Systems as well as Telecommunication and CCTV operational activities. Headed telecommunication and ELV systems testing and integration operations through strategic planning and execution. Tested and commissioned SDH/DWDM Fiber Optical network system from OMCC/BOCC to intermediate and last mile sites. Formulated detailed documentations relation operational and procedural updates. Verified provision of public address and information, IP CCTV, and VIOP system on Tram stops and stations as required. Communicated with talented systems design team regarding Red Line Markups and as build diagrams for COM, TKLC, and SIF systems. Coordinated with clients in preparation of Request for Inspection and Testing (RFIT).
• Steered entire technical facets of system servers, switches, firewall installations, configuration, and communication testing via unification with RCM at Operational Maintenance Control and Backup Operational Control Centre.
• Supervised installations and testing for MOI variations CCTV project, design, storage SAN, MOI TETRA LTE system, TLC, and SIG system and support of integration with OMCC.

Planned and implemented advanced telecommunications systems and networks rollout (RAN, Transmission and Fiber Optical). Conducted site visits on daily basis with a keen focus on ensuring fulfilment of applicable implementation procedures and quality standards. Proposed on-site and on-call technical support to field Technicians for prompt resolution of alarms and troubleshooting. Actively partook in site Provisional and Final Acceptance Testing operations. Evaluated and mitigated core risks and issues by offering innovative solutions. Performed overall system and telecommunication engineering functions in close interaction with multi-disciplinary teams to make sure smooth running of day-to-day business operations.

• Monitoring signaling control system for traffic of protocols SS7, SIGTRAN, H-323, H-248, INAP and INO.
