•Review shop drawings and materials submittals from the contractor and ensuring that the same is in compliance with the approved specification.
•Evaluates and tabulates submitted proposal from bidders.
•Initiates clarificatory meeting with the Designers and the bidders.
•Coordinate the detailed design of the project, such design to include calculations and preparation of shop drawing.
•Review plans, specifications and drawings for the purpose of advising on site conditions.
•Initiates such purchase orders as may be required to satisfy the specified requirement of the project, by reference to the contract documents and/or the approved supplier list maintained by the purchasing department.
•Monitor and compared cost incurred on project with original budgets.
•Assists in preparation, submission and follow up for payment of interim, variation accounts and final accounts.
