Being HR Lead my responsibilities are handling Employee Induction & De-induction Process, conducting orientation program for new employees, liaison for surveys (appraisals/salary surveys) and corporate events, making policies, procedures and frameworks, payroll process and organizational structures. Prepare, review and process all official paperwork including:
Offer letters/Employment Letter
Salary Certificates
Confirmation Letters
Experience Certificates
Transfer / Increment / Promotion letters
Provide candidates for INTECH’s offshore and onshore engineering projects in Pakistan, Middle East, Asia Pacific, ASEAN, Africa and North America, Screening & shortlisting of candidates.
Proactively gather hiring requirements with relevant departments, sourcing, head hunting and advertising of job requirements
Bench Management for future positions, Liaison with Line Managers regarding Job Offer terms of employment of successful selected Candidate
HR assessment (IQ, EQ, English Test) & technical test(s) conduction, Collect and keep record of Interviews’ feedback from Line Managers, Posting new vacancies on company career portal and on available job boards, social media etc.
Identifying training and development needs for INTECH employees through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with engineering managers.
Designing and developing training and development programs based on the individual's needs of engineers & other departments.
Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
-Gained knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Application (Seibel) together with developing skills related to handling of all kinds of data and information related to the SIM connection.
-Developed knowledge of public dealing, shift handling, and customer handling skills on Telephone.
