Modeling and detailing:-
• Collaborating with senior Engineers, Architects & contractors to integrate structural
design into BIM Model according to the project requirements.
• Responsible For Developing and managing 3D structural models, including detailed
designs for foundations, framing systems, and structural elements, using software
such as Revit, AutoCAD Staad Pro, Etab, Scia engineers etc.
• Responsible for handling the modelling Process of Renovation Projects.
Analysis:-
• Responsible for Performing structural analysis and design calculations for various
types of building, according to industry standards, building codes, and project
specifications.
• Responsible for Ensuring that all the drawings made by modelers or drafters are
made according to the structural analysis done by Engineer.
Documentation:-
• Responsible for preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) using Sofistik (Revit plugin).
• Responsible for extracting Material quantities from BIM models.
Training and support:-
• Train Modelers and drafter on the proper workflow of Modelling and detailing according
to Senior engineer calculation and report.

Modeling and detailing:-
• Collaborating with senior engineers to seamlessly incorporate structural designs into
the BIM model, aligning with project specifications.
• Responsible for developing detailed drawings, 3D model etc, For Residential as well as
Commercial projects For residential as well as commercial projects using Revit,
AutoCAD.
• Providing Reinforcements in Structural elements according to Senior engineer
calculation.
• Worked on also some renovation projects.
Documentation:-
• Exporting Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) using Revit Plugin.
• Responsible for Preparing Materials Quantity Takeoff.
