• Preparing and updating BOQ and routing for all the semi-finished and finished items
• Checking item cost to monitor abnormal fluctuation in detail by comparing actual cost with standard cost and taking corrective action to avoid such fluctuations
• Regularly reviewing the overheads cost of various supporting department and trying to reduce its cost by removing unnecessary expenses
• Monthly comparative analysis of production along with scrap and waste to increase the productivity and reduce the cost of scrap and waste
• Inventory management, monthly reviewing the stock movement and status and keeping it at minimum to avoid excessive stock for better liquidity
• Preparation of monthly variance analysis report for Material and stock.
• Assisting in preparing monthly financial and management reporting.
• Assisting in preparing all the internal and external audit reports.
