1. Mentored the Transmission Network Team of 96 members for Delhi-NCR, headed Transmission Network planning, projects, fiber rollout and transmission operations for fiber, MDWDM, CEN, MW, SDH, Enterprise
2. Collaborated with 4 MS Partners and 48 Vendors
3. Performed consolidation of TXN Network for Delhi Circle Post Vodafone and Idea Merger
4. Upgraded the network to support services such as 5G, LTE, 3G, 2G, Small Cell, Enterprise and Wi-Fi
5. Administered Data Centre Built-up & Operations (14 DC), and Consolidation (6 DC)
6. Devised Operating Plan for Transmission Network as per global standards; facilitated Network Architecture Engineering and Expansion plan; identified scenarios and implemented “Best Fit Model” as per business requirements
7. Delivered various projects such as 5G, 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Small Cell, CEN, MW Swap, nx100G MDWDM, 3G WRAN, Fiber Expansion, KPI Improvement, CCNA Certification, Data Centre Built-Up, Core/Middle Layer Upgrade, Outsourcing Approach, MS On-boarding, SNOC and so on
8. Maintained outsourcing of NOC, Optical Nodes and Fiber Network Operations

Did M.Tech in Communication and Information Systems. Took admission in July2002. While I was in final semester I got selected in Tata in Telecom domain in Dec2003. So completed my M.Tech. in 2006.
