• Directed the Interior design development process and implementation for W Hotel 350 keys, W Residences 104
Luxury apartments, and Club 104 on Palm Jumeirah.
• Coordinated and facilitated work of (MEP and Civil work, consultant and contractor) to ensure compliance with
design code requirements, specifically in ID and fit-out activities.
• Reviewed and guided technical input on Interior Design shop drawings

• Take charge of main contractor objectives and priorities, overseeing construction management, procurement

• Conducted coordination workshops with MEP and Civil work, consultants and contractors to avoid delays,

• Supervised consultant tasks on-site to ensure work quality meets the project’s high-end specifications.
• Performed factory visits to monitor the production of fit-out and FF&E to ensure timely progress with required
quality.
