Following up projects according to the contract.
Preparing reports about 3P Unit.
Following up on all the activities and operations of the HUDC
Reporting to the Director General about the findings of the follow up after initial analysis to be used as a basis for more discussion in the planning committee of the HUDC.
Analyzing and recommending proposals from private investors.
Re-zoning of the HUDC projects to be integrated with its surroundings and to be part of the municipalities regarding public works and services
