- Undertake all planning, coordination, and implementation training process based on employees' TNA.
- Managing the monthly payroll for all staff, and ensuring accurate calculation of allowances, deductions, and benefits scheme.
- Follow up on all social security and income tax matters for employees.
- Follow up on all personnel management-related documents and systems such as staff database, time attendance, leaves, and vacation balances and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Develop all HR department functions and activities Working closely with the legal consultant, especially in issues related to the employees and the internal company's rules. .
- Responsible for taking disciplinary actions against those who exceed the internal policies
- Provide consultancy and expertise to, a cross-functional team of senior managers
Working closely with line managers and staff to develop the skills and capabilities which include (job descriptions, performance evaluations, training, staff orientation,
- Monitoring recruitment procedures (from the job post to the hiring).
Dealing with recruitment agencies for advice regarding any needed job vacancy when required.
Studying with management the annual increases in salaries for employees according to (experiences, training courses, annual salary increases, commissions, promotions, and disciplinary procedures).
Dealing with all issues related to health insurance (additions, cancellations, contract conditions, and any other requirements).
Developing daily, weekly & monthly reports as per the HR manager's request.
HR personnel duties (attendance, health insurance, social security, letters, vacations, leaves, etc…).
Working on payroll system to deliver salaries to the Finance Dept.
Conducting the final settlements for employees when resigned.
Dealing with the compensation and benefits reward system.
Advising and implementing disciplinary actions when required.
