• Revise and study the design and specs of the new projects with the Site Technical Office to
check if there are any conflicts that need to be fixed.
• Create an action plan for the upcoming project in order to revised and approved by the
Team leader.
• Communicate with the Mechanical Construction Manager to determine the manpower
needed for the new project and start the hiring process.
• Coordinate with the sub-contractors in order to make sure that the mechanical activities
are going on according to schedule and specs.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office in case there is any issue in the approved shop drawings to match the real conditions in the site.
• Prepare the tools and materials needed and check their availability with the Warehouse
team.
• Coordinate with the Technical office in order to create an MSR (Material Supply Requisition)
to be sent to the Purchasing Department.
• Follow up with the Purchasing Department the delivery of materials and tools on time.
• Follow up the mechanical activities performed in the site by the team members on a daily
basis to monitor the progress of the team and resolve any issues when needed.
• Prepare a progress report of the mechanical activities performed on site in order to be
presented to the consultant.
• Hand over each project phase according to the specs to the consultant in order to be
approved.
• Lead and coach the team members and provide them with the needed support to ensure
high levels of performance.
• Compliance with the site's health and safety regulations.

Worked on projects construction:
Medical Hub (SODIC) - Under the supervision of SHAKER & AMG Al Amar.
Jarir Bookstore (SODIC) - Under the supervision of SHAKER & AMG Al Amar.
Animal Production Farm in New Valley (National Contracting Co.) - Under the supervision of AMC.



• Complete inventory of project requirements through shop drawing .
• Making time plan to installation for all systems.
• Installation of all systems through shop drawing (HVAC & Firefighting & Plumbing) .
• Installation of special systems through shop drawing (Moisturizing) .
• Test for all systems and hand over to consultants.
• Drawing the As Built for all systems and approving them by the consultants
• Maintenance works for all systems during the year from the final hand over.

• Primary responsibilities include maintenance of:
▪ Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
▪ Firefighting (FF)
▪ Low-current systems (LC)
▪ Building Management System (BMS).
• Analyzing and delivering solutions for any problems in system.
• Mentoring & supporting to technical.
• Making time plan to maintenance for all systems.
