• Visit site on regular basis to ensure painting execution is happening as per projects specification and National standard.
• Prepare site inspection reports.
• Advise applicators on proper application of paints to ensure painting works is carried out in accordance with specification and National approved Procedures.
• Provide on-site testing according to specification to ensure that quality of the finish is achieved as per the project requirement.
• Liaise with Sales Executives on product deliveries and other matter, which requires the service of Site Supervisor to ensure right amount of products available before painting.
• Liaise with R&D on product troubleshooting to ensure righty recommendations are provide customer
• Coordinate with consultants, contracts, and applicators in projects for smooth execution of the painting works.
• Inform Sales Executive on stock situation at site.
• Liaise with the site about progress of painting.
• Attend to site complaints and propose corrective actions.
• Preparation of board samples and site samples (Mock-up)
• Assess each projects technical requirement and ensure all resources are delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
• Attends meetings and trainings, as required and complete necessary reports for Job completion.
• Managing office operations and supervising / delegate tasks to Administrative assistances, event planning, preparing reports and presentations.
• Managing the running of Labour Camps having a capacity more than 3000 workers
• Coordinating for worker welfare activities and grievances handling
• Performance Assessment & Appraisal of workers for increment processing
• Effectively conducting blue collar worker recruitment process outside UAE as the team lead
• Conducting camp and construction site internal admin audits to make sure the parameters set by admin department are met as per the policy and standards
• Providing support to Human Resources department during the on boarding process of newly recruited staffs
• Preparing and tracking expense reports
• Oversee the operational systems, processes and policies to support better information flow, management reporting and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services such as HR
• Manage the Sales & Marketing activities of the Dangerous Goods Division of the company
