I had to make sure that all proper documents were in place to open the account and confirm that the customer is genuine so that there is no room for fraudulent activities.
I was also responsible to rectify certain errors and to collect information which are omitted in the mandate. To do this I had to have a strong relation with the customers and my superiors in which I succeeded because of my strong communication skills.
In this I had a target of processing 10 mandates an hour where as I was able to process 16 mandates an hour which was a result of my good computing skills.
