• Should ensure all the passengers are boarded before releasing the flight.
• Should ensure all the check-in bags are tallied according to the systems count.
• Behave politely to the passengers and make the comfortable.
• Should ensure no other ground staf personal inside the aircraft before releasing.
• Should note down the names in and out time of each and every person who enters into the aircraft.
