Quality control of components and PCBAs in SMT and THT production line Generating documents based on IATF16949 like: LPA, KPI, Instructions, Process Methodes, APQP, JES, SOS, STS, PFMEA, Risk and opportunities Designing and implementing training programs for personnel to improve the quality of production processes. Following up the causes of customer complaints and creating corrective action, quality warning and holding problem solving meetings with the quality control ring team Leading quality control teams and monitoring all units related to production. Including warehouse, CRM, QA and holding FR and 8D meetings
