Directed the SANG housing project, a large-scale development of 600 villas for the SA National Guard using modern design and
constructed to both external and infrastructure work, to include sewage (185KM), storm (137DM), box culvert (6KM), water supply
(225KM) electrical network (360KM), streetlights (4, 500no), cut & fill (1.3M m3), hard and soft landscape, and road works (1.1M m2).
The delivered project according to scope, budget, and deadline, meeting all customer expectations. Supervised teams of multi-discipline
sub-contractors, teams, and employees.

panel, façade (36K m2), floor finish (54K m2), and wall finish (42K m2), roofing glass façade, (11, 3K m2), MEP and technical rooms.
Supervised all multi-disciplined teams and activities to certify alignment with project scope, budget, and customer project plans.

Spearheaded effective alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and customer requirements. Directed all activities of subcontractors and
employees, site planning, target development, and forecasting. Oversaw costs and plans and communicated with all fields, procurement,
designers, and stakeholders.
▪ Expertly constructed the 536.nos Bus Stops (Steel Structural/ Cladding Buildings) for 15 bus Lines and 422 bus stop adaptations.
▪ Led activities to construct 28 pedestrian bridges made of steel and pre-casts, including 2 terminal stations, car parks, and 38 BRT
stations for six BRT lines.
▪ Managed operations to construct four park-and-ride areas and built 11 km of roads for infrastructure work and 1, 060 feeder bus
stops.
Headquarters of Special Security Force of the Saudi Ministry of
Interior

Held responsibility for the D&B project, consisting of an army base designed to accommodate the special forces in Riyadh, and consisted
of six main building areas, the main gate and four small gates, car maintenance and workshop, four warehouses and offices, infrastructure,
landscaping, roads, and a sewage treatment plant. Aligned all project activities with scope, budget, schedule, and client plans.
