To follow the time schedule of project activities and verify the progress on daily, weekly
and monthly basis
Coordinate with the Construction Manager to meet the site requirement for materials,
equipment and manpower according the plan and follow-up the provisions of the same
with the Project Management and other departments.
Prepare the monthly invoices for the works executed and material delivered within the
specified time and per the terms and conditions of the contract.
Check the subcontractor’s monthly invoices according to the contractual conditions prior
to approval by the Project Manager.
Supervision, Installation and maintenance of electric motor, transformers, generators, LV
and ATS panel boards.
Preparing electrical material demand as per site requirement and pursuing it
Supervision and maintenance of internal and external electrification, underground
cabling Networking, TV system, Telephone system, Fire alarm system, grounding,
lightning protection system and also look after the AC units
Prepare the project requirements (materials, manpower and equipment) and submit the
technical advice after consulting with the Project Manager and Site Manger. Ensure timely release of drawings by the design team so that the project execution team
can quickly commence the work at site.
Bring to the notice of Project Manager immediately any unresolved design, material and
approval of submittal issues so that the same can be settled with the client on urgent
basis.
Project: Construction of Infrastructure & Allied Facilities for NEW ISLAMABAD INTERNATIONAL AIR PORT Metro-bus-Service.
Review the drawing with the cross check with BOQ.
Review design documents/Drawings of all electrical systems to ensure compliance
with Project Technical specification and all applicable codes and standards.
Inspection of Grounding system, power points for lighting, power plug, AC & Low
Current system Fire alarm, Magnetic door, Public address, security system,
Communication system & all technology systems.
Check the essential arrangements before starting of any electrical activity
Check the quality of the material at site and get all the unapproved/rejected
Material removes from the site.
Appropriate and timely curative action for achieving of project objectives.
Keep complete record of each activity by filling the Performa.
Maintaining and updating record of project office.
Preparation of monthly project progress report.

Review design documents/Drawings of all electrical systems to ensure compliance

Apartments Block, (3): Construction of AU Residential Block client Bahria Town
Supervising the Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical systems including
wiring and cabling for power distribution and Lighting as per IEE, and British standard.
Supervising of installation of complete electrical works, grounding networks, lighting
protection system, AC/DC panel boards, LV and power cable networks, data and
Telephone system, CCTV & FA system indoor and outdoor electrification.Supervsion of
cable laying and installation Electrical equipment Transformer(67& 2MVA power
Transformer), local motor control centre, 11kVSWGR’s & Capacitor Banks/Power Fatcor
Improvement Condensers and making sure that installation is according to specification
and approved drawings.

Preparing the design for Electrical Power, Low current, Fire Alarm Elect Load Calculation
(Cable sizing, Voltage drop, short circuit coordinates study, Power factor calculation,
single and three phase power calculations ).Based on International study as I.E.E.E
, BS, UL etc and local authorities.
Providing show drg scheme from contract drawing to prepare shop drawing for approval
and site works. Preparing Material submitted as per specifications in coordination with consultant &
Local authorities for approval.
Preparing work Schedule/Planning, Sequencing of work monitoring progress &
coordination with other services (Arch, Structure, Plumbing A/C).
Cost Estimation & Quotation preparation for Electrical System.
Manpower allocation, giving technical guideline to Foreman & Supervisor, Execution of
Project with Installation & ensuring good quality/workshop hour.
Testing & commissioning of the Electrical system (wiring, cabling and equipment) as per
Q/C procedures and manufacturer recommendation till final handover to the end user.
Coordination with technical department for electrical issues.
Project: TANGO TOWER, OAK VILLA IKOAI (VILLAS)
Detail site inspection of the Electrical work to ensure strict adherence to the approved
Construction drawings and technical specifications.
To prepare realistic plans for implementation, critically monitor execution and
recommend
Appropriate and timely curative action for achieving of project objectives.
Review the documents and test reports of materials regarding quality and specification
requirements.
Check the quality of the material at site and get all the unapproved/rejected material
remove from the site.
Review the material quantity, material submittals and site check request and shop

Commissioning & Integration of Ericsson Product Radio-Base-Station RBS/BTS 6000
series (6301, 6101, 6102, and 6201).
Commissioning includes loading of DUG’s, RRU’s01 for 6301(B3 for DCS and B8 for
900 band), RUS’s02 (B3 & B8) for 6101, 6102, 6201 via OMT.
Implementation of MCTR power for RRU’s & RUS’s of RBS 6000 via OMT.
Performing soft, hard, and band addition expansion as per RF plan.
Trouble shooting & Support of RBS (BTS) 6000 series for internal alarms rectification.
Connectivity and verification of external alarms with switch AXE E// BSC via latest
release SW version OMT.
Reduce the RF KPI’s on GRAN Sites for newly integrated sites.
Communicate with RF Engineers and BSC integrators for rectification of Internal alarms,
DCR drop call rates, TCH availability degradation, SDCCH drops, cells sector
degradation and unavailability, DUG malfunctioning, high VSWR, Antenna Jumper
mismatch, Health check & support provided from Antenna jumper to Bts RRU/RUS
termination.
Problem solving highly escalated Customer support Requests on RAN RBS/BTS
6000(6101, 6102, 6201, 6301) series.
Software Used for RAN 2GOMT ver. (48, 49, 50, & 52).
Commissioning & Troubleshooting of Ericsson Transmission Equipment TN MinilinkTN
