Inventory Control: Managing end-to-end inventory operations, including stock-in/stock-out processes and maintaining optimum stock levels.

Stock Reconciliation: Performing regular physical stock counts and reconciling them with system records to ensure zero discrepancy.

Customer Account Management: Maintaining accurate ledgers for customers, tracking outstanding balances, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups.

Reporting: Generating daily and monthly reports on stock movement and customer account statements.

Documentation: Handling delivery notes, purchase receipts, and maintaining organized records of all goods movement.

my responsibilities are data handling which is consist of customers data . I also handle the accounts of our customers in which we are screening the data and account history of customer. Manage return sales and try to overcome this issue .
last but not least, we are handling the sales and managing the employees to focus on the target

In this Job I'm responsible for The cash and also responsible to my customers . I treat with the customers and try to overcome the problems if the customer face any problem . I also responsible for the software system which I used in this organization, manage cash and cash flow statement.
