• Assisted as Management Representative to get ISO 9001-2008 Certification for the Deccan Charters ltd. By participating in Stage-1, Stage-2 and Surveillance Audit-1 & recertification audit.
• Holding Valid ISO-9001 2008 internal Auditor certificate issued by Stellar Management Pvt.ltd.UK and Done internal Audits of Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Admin & infrastructure, HR, Training dept. as per procedure manual of the company.
• Preparation of Internal Quality Audit plan as per DGCA/EASA/FAA /ISO internal Audit plan as per QMS std; 9001:2008 rules and regulations.
• Assisted in preparation & maintenance revision status of Quality manual & procedure Manual, All dept. SOP, Circulars. .
• Maintained all aircraft documents as per DGCA/EASA/FAA rules and regulations.
• Prepared Quality procedures for critical spare/Equipment management system, Quality audit plan.
• Assisted in preparing of Base approval for Aircraft inspection.
• Prepared all closing report for the internal & external Stage-1, Stage-2 and Surveillance Audit-1 & recertification audits done by TUV by accepted Corrective & preventive actions taken.
• Prepared MRM reports after Quarterly MRM meetings with HOD.
• Prepared & maintained the Master list of Documents & QMS std. for their current status in a register.
• Preparation of Audit report and raising of NON-Conformance on the areas of audit and forward to Auditee and Quality Manager/Management Representative..
• And also assist in changing the process procedure of every department which approved by Accountable .
