My responsibilities include ensuring control of embassies, banks, premises, offices, corporation, apartments, villas, etc., . And to ensure primarily that sites be well secured. Also remove the permanent concern of protecting expatriate property. Whether due to theft, fire, vandalism, break-in attempts, etc. .In cooperation with the police.
-Deliver HSSE induction in coordination with the HSSE Department.
-Manage the guards.
-Send SMS Target when required.
-Manage the 24/7 control room .
-Monitoring of CCTV systems, alarm systems and guard force.
-Observe traveler in-country alerts from external intelligence providers.
-Coordinate daily schedule of visitors with OMV TN travel department.
-Tracking all road movement around the country via the In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) and/or SPOT trackers relaying data to the Journey Management Cell monitoring OMV movement on a 24/7 basis
Strategize and plan monthly and weekly programs of the security team
-- Raising awareness on security issues among team- members and ADB

Liaison with local police-
• Insure that all guards in their post at a timely.Ensure the orderly conduct in their office.
• HSSE Department to ensure the conformity of all appliances
Maintained and implemented access control rules and procedures monitoring CCTV cameras .
•Report to the responsible safety waste any incident or anomaly.
• Insure that all guards, patrols report to their post on a timely basis and that all senior guards and ECCO operators have carried out their responsibilities. Organize all breaks for guards under control
