Engage business units’ operation managers to support visions’ realization, missions’ validations, and alignment of activities. Revise and advise on organizational processes and procedures to ensure delivery of portfolios, programs, and projects in accordance with PMI best tolerated practices. Manage portfolios, programs, and projects of strategic value to the group and coach & mentor projects’ managers cross the group’s business units to ensure healthy KPIs on dashboards.
Manage planning, execution, and Closing of architectural and construction projects, performing project management functions cross all project’s stages and life cycle; including, project planning, budgeting & cost control, scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, sub-contracting management, QA/QC, team development, resolve design execution issues, and ensure projects completion. (in addition to the managing partner’s tasks)
• Manage execution and delivery of architectural projects, and report to Architectural & Engineering Manager
• Participate in project management functions including Project planning, scope definition, activity sequencing and scheduling, resource planning, estimating, budgeting & cost control, QA/QC, team development, performance reporting and risk management
• Execute BIM modelling for all the projects, ensure excellence in design quality, cost-effectiveness and constructability
• Set project execution tone by initiating pre-construction design & engineering phase, and oversee all the phases till completion
• Prepare and administer budgets, implement control measures, resolve design execution issues, and ensure projects completion
• Coordinate between interdisciplinary teams to resolve technical, design or infrastructure issues
• Liaise with client, consultants, and subcontractors for all project related matters facilitating construction and handover of assets
• Monitor and control projects to achieve completion of works as per agreed cost & schedule, and monthly invoicing targets
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with the contract specifications, design, approved drawing, agreed procedures
• Attend site meetings with Client, Consultants and sub subcontractor for co-ordination and execution of projects
• Review design for technical adequacy, constructability, and optimize for cost-effectiveness through value engineering
• Follow up projects procurement with relevant department and ensure procurement schedules are adhered to
