 Al Jaddaf Towers (FGB) it was two towers 2B+G+9F+R & 2B+G+14+R, project budget 270M AED.

In this company, I was the project architect and was the responsible for the technical and commercial issues for the project. I had a team of Q.S and draftsmen working under my supervision, responsible for the shop drawing and making valuations for the sub-contractor’s invoices. I was also responsible for tracking all the submittals to keep the project on the track. This was in addition to making the interim payments, and comparing between the tender drawings and IFC Drawings to extract the project variations.
