Maintenance Engineer for a project of 13 locations and then a Senior Maintenance Engineer and a Team Leader managing 7 contracts.
SAR representative at the northern Reagan projects winch include a passenger station and 2 support buildings, the role was represent SAR in front of the other governmental agents which have an interface with SAR such like Municipality or General Authority of Civil Aviation, also to track the performance of the construction work at the site and report to the head office.
Site Engineer at a housing project in Imam Mohammed Bin Saud University, Started inspecting after subcontractors and ended up looking after 3 building, 5 stores for each.
My main role was:
- applying the plans I receive from top management.
- measuring performance, and reporting.
- arranging for inspections with the consultant.
Master researcher in the field of Real Estate Development - degree expected on 2019th. and current GPA is 4.28
