- Follow-up and finalize the requested documents from the official and governmental authorities for licenses and permits to achieve time frame of the project.
- Plan, Manage, Coordinate, review and monitor deliverable from consultants and design team such as (DWG, BOQ, Specs.) and making sure that aligned with projects goals.
- Delegate tasks to the team members and provide them with the needed support to ensure high levels of performance using technical and personal guidelines.
- Resolve any technical issues or construction conflict that may arise in the site to prevent any delay in the project.
- Develop plans and strategies for the sustainable development of the technical office to achieve maximum utilization of the company's resources and customer satisfaction.
- Scheduled daily workflow of technical and design team for maximum productivity.
- Study the project Docs. (Contract, time schedule, project design DWG, BOQ, Specs.).
- Produce technical Docs. Regarding subcontractors offers, and manage materials and shop DWG. Submittals.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs.) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Contact Supplier and subcontractors to make analysis between Similar.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction.
- Prepare & Review Qty. Survey to submit client invoice and subcontractor financial invoice.
- Prepare and submit as-built drawings and produce closing Docs. For approval.
- Prepare the variation orders and claims throughout the project and negotiate them with the client till obtaining final approval.
- Prepare Shop DWG & Qty. Survey and make the review of Project technical coordination.
- Develop the RFI documents.
- Prepare payment procedure and quantity check for subcontractors.
- Participate with design team to develop architecture modification as per client’s request.
- Gathered detailed requirements from clients to understand their needs.
- Advised clients on important factors in functional and attractive interior space, layout and furnishings to achieve targets.
- Develop design & Shop DWG for architecture and Interior Design projects.
- Participate with materials research to determine appropriate selection for projects.
- Prepare Qty. Survey for architectural items.
- Verify construction documentation to meet client requirements.
- Regularly inspect sub-contractors and construction progress to check and verify the quality standards and complied with project needs.
- Prepare design & Shop DWG for architecture projects.
- Prepare Qty. Survey for architectural items.
- Develop architecture modification & 3D designs for clients.
- Refine conceptual designs into detailed plans by adding floor plans, elevations and section drawings.
