* Schedule and organize a suitable meetings strategy. Assure key
topics such as progress, submittals, quality, safety, coordination
etc.
* Oversee the review of submittals, Shop drawings submitted by
contractor and direct emphasis onto critical issues as necessary.
* Assign Project Engineers and Inspectors as required to assure
adequate coverage and that inspections are being conducted as
required
* Assist in providing required information in the format and in a
timely manner to Project Controls to allow for the preparation of
the Monthly reports and various KPI’s.
* Preparation of other reports and presentations as required.
· Review the design drawings to ensure that it meets the owner's
requirements.
· Review the shop drawings submitted by contractor to ascertain whether
they are applicable or not.
· Review the supplier prequalification's, material submittals, mock ups
and samples provided by the contractor for compliance with our project
specifications.
· Inspect the materials on the site (MIR) to make sure it matches what was
previously submitted.
· Inspect work progress on site and match them with approved shop
drawings, our project specifications, workmanship requirements and quality
standard.
· Review the as built drawings submitted by the contractor.
· Coordinate with other disciplines, the design and business development
when needed.
· Manage on‑site contract administration services and act as primary point of contact
between the head office, construction team.
· Review progress schedules, design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, mock
ups and samples provided by the suppliers for compliance with project specifications and the
contract documents
· Conduct site visits to ensure project adheres to intent of contract documents and relevant
building & codes.
· Identify any deviation from contract documents and work with key stakeholders to resolve
issues in a timely and efficient manner.
· Manage documentation process and coordination to support modifications.
· Work with site team and design team to deliver exceptional client service, and ensure client
satisfaction & project success.
· Handle rectification works prior to inspection.
· Prepare Inspection Request.
· Check on subcontractorʼs and workerʼs activities to ensure their works comply with project
specification and standards.

· Inspect precision tools of incoming receiving parts and source inspection of parts and
equipment.
· Oversee Non‑Compliance Notice (NCN) implementation (structural and architectural) and
verification.
· Coordinate with subcontractors involved in the work.
· In charge of dust‑proofing works.
· In charge of punch listing prior to consultantʼs inspection.
· Compile and register the QC documents or records for filing, handing over, and archiving
system upon completion of the project.
