-- PMO Governance: Ensure and support the implementation of the PMO governing processes, procedures and adherence to the PMO guidelines and templates
-- PMO Improvement: Improvise project management procedures and methodology
-- Tender Management: Prepare RFP’s and manage the tendering process in liaison with the Tender department
-- Project Management: Manage the overall design, implementation, training, documentation and support of IT applications on different technological frameworks
-- Interdependencies Management: Manage dependencies between various projects by identifying and proposing alternate solutions
-- Problem Solving: Provide recommendations on effective solutions and bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technology constraints
-- Team Building: Promote a team-oriented culture through team motivation, engagement and empowerment. Direct and supervise cross functional teams
-- Relationship Management: Liaise and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
-- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders expectations
-- Risks, Issues and Change Management: Maintain and manage risks, issues and change registers. Follow change management procedures
-- Quality Control: Define acceptance criteria and ensure quality checks and procedures are followed.
-- Master Plan Control and Maintenance: Maintain and monitor the execution of the master plan. Monitor project performance against the baselines
-- Project Control: Track and control the project activities ensuring deliverables meet the required quality and project is within schedule and the allocated budget
-- Documentation: Create and maintain project documents like Project Charter, Project Initiation Document, Project Schedule and others
-- Progress and Status Reporting: Timely report the progress to senior management through regular meetings, status reports
-- Performance Measurement and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members and motivate them to continuously improve their services through guidance and constructive feedback
