•• Handle the project / manpower / service requirements from all clients.
• Source candidates using internal database, references, online job/networking portals, social media and other modes of advertisements.
• Screen and interview the candidate against the job description and job specification by reviewing the qualification, certification, experience, skills and salary package.
• Collect references and check the suitability of the applicant before the final submission of the profile to the client.
• Shortlist and submit relevant CVs as per client’s requirements.
• Coordinate interview process between clients and candidates.
• Issuing Employment Offer to candidates and attend queries on compensation & benefits.
• Ensure that the policies & procedures are in compliance with UAE Labor Law and prevailing Government regulations.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure timely processing of visas, travel arrangements, security pass and accommodation for the employees.
• Coordinate travel plan with employees and make ticket & hotel booking in line with company policy.
• Coordinate to receive new employees at the airport, complete joining formalities, and send them to the concerned division / department / subsidiary company and co-ordinate in their medical test, ID and other joining formalities.
• Mobilization and On-boarding.
