• Responsibilities: Participated in JDE E1 Implementation & Enhancement of HR/Payroll, Successfully implemented standard functionality according to the business requirements definitions; took complete ownership for the business analysis, design, testing, implementation and ongoing production support of the very complex implementation to serve a clients with 5000+ employees, Design custom reports, rebuild structures. Worked closely with user representatives (HR/ Payroll) and the software development teams (Application Development, IT, Architecture) during the Planning, Assessment, Design, Build, Deployment and Support phases of a project. Conducted Business Functional analysis, researched, data conversion, and development understand and restructured business requirements from business owners and delivered Software Requirements Specification, provided expertise in integrated test strategies, ensure all deliverables on the project are compliant with the company regulation. Successfully delivered a suitable end-to-end solution with full understanding, structuring, detailing, and validation of the business owner’s requirements. Accepted responsibility for the E8.11 production system enhancements; managed new change requests for the on-going production support of the ERP system via Change Control Board approval process.

• Responsibilities: Participated in JDE E8.10 Enhancement project as a Financial Functional Lead. Successfully implemented standard functionality for Accounts Receivables and Maintenance modules according to the business requirements definitions and designed customizations needed for localization; took complete ownership for the design, development, testing, implementation and ongoing production support of the very complex custom CRM module functionality, which bridges ERP Maintenance Module with Accounts Receivable. Successfully provided ongoing ERP production support for the existing Inventory and Sales Order Management modules functionality, developed custom reports, applied system fixes and developed data cleanup, monitoring data integrity. Delivered training to the Finance & CRM departments employees. Facilitated creation of the Financial Use Cases and also developed the Test Plan and required QA documentation for the integrated Quality Assurance testing.

• Responsibilities: Participated in JDE ERP8 Implementation and Enhancement project as a HR/Payroll, Financial and SCM, Functional Leads. Successfully implemented standard functionality for HR/Payroll, SCM (Inventory, Procurement, Service Order, MRP, MPS, Advanced Pricing, Forecasting, Accounts Receivables, GL, Fixed Asset and Job Cost modules according to the business requirements definitions and designed customizations needed for localization; took complete ownership for the design, development, testing, implementation and ongoing production support of the very complex implementation with a project team of 20 members to serve a client with 750 active users, Implemented CSMS system and develop new billing cycle and building permits for customer service department. developed custom reports, applied system fixes and ESU’s and developed data cleanup, monitoring data integrity. Facilitated creation of the Use Cases and also developed the Test Plan and required QA documentation for the integrated Quality Assurance testing.

• Responsibilities: Participated in JDE ERP Implementations and Enhancements projects as a project functional and technical lead for variety of modules. Customized and Implemented standard functionality and localized modules for HR/Payroll, Property Management, Financial, SCM (Procurement and Inventory) and Maintenance Suites, took complete ownership of development, testing, implementation and ongoing support of Localized HR/Payroll modules functionality during the Planning, Assessment, Design, Build, Deployment and Support phases of a project.
