activities related to the work staring from sales Strategic till project handing over
AS European company, we maintained the concept that we are providing special European materials and special engineering solutions supported by our technical team in Italy and agreements with best Italian manufacturers in according to related field

That’s way most of our works are special one like (bullet proof items, fire rated, motorized skylights, motorized flyscreen, motorized pergola’s, folding doors or walls, smart glass and all other items can’t
be provided by local manufacturers)
My tasks as O p e r a t i o n M a n a g e r can be divided in two parts
Commercial management part and all related tasks such as:
- Tracing any special inquires in the market to provide technical and
commercial proposal support by contacts and relations I built during past years
- Build and organize the yearly business plan and growth Strategic
with owner and top manage
- Set & achieve company targets working closely with related
departments
- Attending commercial meetings to market or presenting our
company
- Submit and review all commercial documents such as
(quotations, contracts, local sub-contractors agreements....)
- Support procurement department with local materials if needed
- fallowing payment applications according to related department
Projects management part and all related tasks such as:
- Organize the planning and implementing projects
- Managing the project teams and ensuring all aspects of the
projectare on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with all factories to set the production plan to meet
the project schedule to avoided any delay in shipping

Review estimate elements for adequacy, uniformity, and completeness, ensuring cost-based accuracy, as well as timely
preparation of relevant documentation in accordance with Company standards and guidelines.
- Monitor any change orders and communicate
the price-effect of those change orders with customers. Compute cost factors and prepare itemized cost work sheets and any other required documentation and actions.
- Audit comprehensive job costing results and use them to
continuously improve the estimation process.
- Maintain all quotation and proposal records as required by
Company policy.

Since I was one of the founding team of Al-Fanar Aluminum I assigned to follow-up all related to technical tasks, in which my duties was divided into two parts:
The first part: as an assistant technical manager and the representative of the Technical Office in projects. I was responsible for communicating and meeting with consultants from stage of signing the contract (including; providing samples of the project according to the specifications, submitting the shop drawing and following-up till it is approved) until hand over the job to projects’ department to start the work of fabrication and installation.

Then make a presentation for selected items in the project, and all related technical matters to achieve the most appropriate choices according to the requirements. Due to my position and work scope; I gained wide kinds of relations and experience in projects requirements, especially governmental projects and ministries rules in addition to consultant’s offices and contractors all over the KSA.
And my future ambition is to work in the field of marketing and sales or technical development field supported by my experience over six years
