Receiving all packages from all the drivers from all Region in UAE.
• Inventory controller and make sure no package is sitting on the bulk shelves more than five days.
• Communicate with all the drivers if the package is missed for pick-up or delivery.
• Make sure all packages are being received are all in good conditions and no damages.
• Communicate to all team leader and customer service (CS) by phone or emails whenever there is a request from the client.
• Sending all email report once received in DIP Warehouse in all different region.
• Export all pick-up and delivery in ERP segregation report by zone.
• Tracking all packages in ERP in Order Search.
• Handling Cash on delivery
• To ensure all dispatched orders are dispatched from their respective HUB without any missed.
• Checking inventory without duplicate on each every tracking ID NO#.
• Make sure all packages available in warehouse status are shelved in totas.
• Sending reports to all Emirates Hub if received in central warehouse.
My duty to report to the warehouse manager, warehouse supervisor and office logistics manager.
• Responsible for providing administrative support for senior staff in warehouse office, as well as ensure effective office management.
• To provide administrative support to staff, for organizing and recording all movement of items and conducting reconciliations.
• Maintaining system and ensuring all data are recorded in the appropriate database enabling the delivery in all shops locations.
• Maintain quality system to ensure an accurate inventory control to ensure traceability of all items by brand.
• Ensure all inventory transaction is captured inside the appropriate inventory system in a timely manner.
• Inbound management for the fresh shipments consisting of high-value luxury apparels, footwear, and fashion accessories from reputed brands like CHANEL, RALPH LAUREN, TODS AND FERRARI SHOES, DULCE AND GABBANA, VALENTINO AND MORE.
• Responsible for recycling count and reverse logistics.
• Working under limited supervision following standardized practices and or methods; providing information and or advising others, and operating within define budgets.
Manage all communication for purchase orders with vendors and analyze all communication for same and resolve all purchase issues and coordinate with accounts payable department to process all invoices. Design all department communication plans and prepare and provide update to all departmental websites and databases and analyze all costs to identify all causes and assist trade partners to resolve all old invoice issues.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
