* Maintain & control the petty cash fund
* Recording of day to day business transaction from journalizing to finalization of accounts
* Prepares semi-monthly payroll
* Directly in contact with the bank relationship manager for any bank transaction
* Liase with Government agencies offices with respect to the company's permits, licenses, clearances and computation of monthly, quarterly and annual taxes and submission of filled-out forms at the Bureau of Internal Revenue
* Prepares monthly sales & expenses report
* Reconciliation of suppliers and customers accounts to ensure accuracy
* Bank reconciliations
* Prepares monthly recurring ledger entries
* Prepares statement of accounts and ensure payments are collected promptly
* Prepares regular financial reports
* Prepares monthly and yearly financial statements for the management (Statement of Financial
Performance, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Cash Flow, Statement of Changes
in Equity and Notes to Financial Statements) and coordinate with the external auditor
