Follow submitals Quotation/Shop Dwg./Materials...etc. which is
submited by subcontractor.
Reviews Quantity & Monthly invoices for work done by subcontractors.
Assist to resolving design and technical coordination issues if any, with Finishes, Structure, Electro-mechanical, landscape, etc. on the project & recommendations to the Project manger & approved by consultant.
Approve Minutes of Meetings from consultant prepared by our QC.
Attend inspection work done.
ensure that a snag list is rectify, repair & complete for re -inspection, after substantial completion of construction activities have ended
Review related as-built drawings provided by subcontractors prior to their submital to consultant for approval and for final construction record purposes.
