Current Projects: Nesma Head office Project + KAUST expansion seawater plant and offshore pipeline project & DOW ME innovation center project.

I am the Sustainability & Environmental Manager, for both projects at KAUST, who undertake the necessary works of managing team to do the needful environmental works as per project requirements for the first project. in addition to the managing the sustainability works for the DOW Me innovation center which pursued LEED gold certificate.

Environmental works includes environmental permitting from NCEC, preparing EIA, OCEMP, CEMP for the marine project which classified as category#3 project.
The sustainability management works for the second project includes LEED certificate management, consultancy, and preparing documentation required for USGBC in coordination with all company parties team (construction, procurement, HSE) as well as the following stakeholders (HOK consultant - Designer, KAUST-Client, DOW ME - Operator, USGBC, Vanderwill MEP Designer, …. etc.). Finally, the project was awarded last July 2021 with LEED GOLD certificate (+63 credits).

Finalizing all LEED records and relevant works on site, starting from sustainable products coordination to purchasing sustainable materials that match with targeted LEED credits, along with managing construction activities pollution prevention management, Construction waste management, Construction indoor air quality management on site throughout planning, taking the needful actions and maintaining LEED requirements.

Finalizing all Engineering works of JODP Zone N3 - Hilton Convention Hotel (158’000 sq. m.) consists of the following facilities: (810) Room keys, (38) different suite types, (2) presidential suites & (2) penthouses, MPR multipurpose hall (1500 sq. m), auditorium, gallery, mall, food court, fast casual areas, cafés and different restaurants) through the following, the successful story done in terms of the following:
- Managing & leading team of architects & droughts men to deliver project drawings phases starting from schematic design and IFC Dwgs production phase along with Project master plan by client.
- Review arch. Dwgs, tender documents & specifications for all trades in compliance with all parties: Operator (Hilton), architectural developer (JODC), lighting consultants (CR), interior designers (WA), fit out contractors (BW), and kitchen consultants and so on.
- Finalizing SHDs which are fully coordinated with all trades (Str., MEP & different trades) and finally get approvals from all project consultants.
- Coordinating with all company sub-consultant, sub-contractors and vendors to secure objectives & project targets with available resources.
- MUR execution, material list for (FOH/ BOH) obtaining approval from ID/ developer.
- Provides the final material finish selections from vendors, suppliers to secure same color schemes, tones for interior material such as (but not limited to) carpet, stones, wall finishes, lighting and other various interior material selections in the mentioned hotel.
- Investigate site in weekly basis to guide site construction manager solving all different conflicts & issues in proper & professional way.
- Resolving site specific design issues and secure designer/ supervision Consultants approvals.
- Provide deliverable schedule input to Consultants and ensure on-time delivery of all design documents.
- Providing presented visualization of interior finishing & material submittals for client/ operator approval.

Leading an engineering consultancy office handling many projects through different project phases starting from conceptual design, DD and CD package to accomplish many projects such as but not limited to: Mixed used tower B+G+15 storey (1 basement floor, 2 podium floors, 3 offices floor, hostelry apartments), small mixed used buildings, 17 multistory villas (Sheikh Zayed housing program), 3 mosques, galleries and governmental buildings by doing the following duties:

- Meeting, liaison & negotiation with clients for project consultancy scope and administrative process.

- Preparing Feasibility studies & estimated cost for new projects.

- Design all type of projects such as (Hi-Rise building & Towers, Multipurpose projects, Commercial, Official, Mosques, Residential and complex …... etc.)

- Project conceptual design stage with free hand sketches, followed by the project presentations by visualized images (high rendered images) in order to convince the client for the final approval in order to proceed with the project consultancy services accordingly.

- Following up with site supervision team and resolving all conflicts till the project delivered to the client within timeline as expected.

- Working as an expert consultant engineer at RAK Court to resolve many engineering cases as per RAK governmental roles and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting, liaison and negotiation with local clients for project appointments and agreeing the scope of work and the appropriate fee.

- Negotiations with local & national authorities for all engineering and technical matters to obtain approval for the preliminary/ conceptual design for the high-rise buildings, Mega projects, ...etc.

- Supporting management team to prepare the feasibility studies for the new projects.

- Starting design stage by sketches (initial stage) up till an ending high presentation rendered Images to persuasion client for final approval for many projects at Sharjah, Dubai, Abu-Dhabi and RAK.

- Finishing architectural tender drawings with engineering team.

- Coordinating with all departments (Structure, Electrical & Mechanical during construction phase to finalize the design & detailed drawings till the project handing over.

Responsibility :
1- Architect Designer & Urban Planer.

2- Preparing sketches for many projects and architecture design competitions.

3- Preparing sketches & presentation using 3d max rendered photos with High Quality renderer engines.

4- Develop & Planning Old Villages at some Governorates at northern Egypt.

1. Preparing Shop drawings for engineering department at Egyptian military Engineering section;
2. Preparing tender documents and the required specifications;
3. Establishing the work presentation for the expected projects of the next year which presented to military management with the full study of each project requirements & fees.
4. SHD details for contractors to support the construction team in order to properly coordinate and finalize their job on site.
