HR Coordinator (Generalist) - Working in shared services department where is HR services and operation provided to the whole companies under Al Rayyan for Media and Marketing Company
Recruitment & Training unit (Responsible for all the operation in recruitment cycle from receiving PRF until joining formality & induction).
Conduct Training Needs Analysis, develop and monitor Training and Development plans for
ARMM Staff in order to enhance the capability of employees in handling their assignment
According to HR policies and procedures.
Employees Services unit (provide variety of HR services which it is require knowledge of company policies and procedures).
- Ensure performance appraisal report carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Report daily activities to direct supervisor and execute corresponding actions to ensure workflow is followed as per guidance.
