Prepare and implement plans and work programs for the activities of the human resources department and the

 Participate in preparing the company's general budget through the work of the proposed budget for the responsible
department.

 Develop, implement, and monitor all required administrative regulations, policies, and procedures regarding human

company's goals.
 Carrying out recruitment tasks for vacant positions and working to reduce the rate of labor turnover. Develop
employees professionally in line with the company's strategy
 Supervising and following up the periodic performance evaluation process for employees and examining the
evaluation results to ensure effectiveness, commitment, and fairness within the company.
 Preparing reporting and recommendations procedures to reduce absenteeism and employee exit. Ensuring the
correctness of keeping records and documents of employees and their database.
 Follow up on the monthly salary disbursement process and ensure that the salary items are delivered to all
employees
 on a monthly basis.
 Direct supervision, follow-up, and evaluation of the performance of the employees in the administration, their
development
 and assistance in performing the tasks entrusted to them, to raise their practical performance to ensure the workflow
in an optimal manner, and there is an allowance to perform the various tasks. Any other tasks assigned to him
