1. المشاركة بوضع خطة عمل لتوسيع نشاطات الشركة وتقديم الخدمات الجديدة.
2. المشاركة في اعداد خطة العمل للشركة والموازنة الخاصة بها.
3. ادارة المشاريع التي يتم اعتمادها لتطوير القطاعات وتقديم الخدمات الجديدة.
4. دراسة قطاعات مستهدفة وتحليل الفرص المتاحة للعمل مع قطاع محدد.
5. دراسة واعداد تحليل فني للعمليات داخل المنشآت المستهدف العمل معها.
6. إقتراح وسائل وأساليب للقيام ببعض الدراسات وتنفيذ مشروعات والإشراف عليها.
7. البحث عن فرص جديدة لتطوير الأعمال والخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة.
8. المساهمة في وضع السياسات الداخلية للشركة والتأكد من تنفيذها.
9. المشاركة في وضع الخطة التدريبية للموظفين بالتنسيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية والخدمات الادارية.
10. المشاركة في عمليات تنظيم الاتفاقيات أو العقود الخاصة بالشركة.
11. القيام بدراسات سوق/ القطاع مكثفة قبل البدء في اي مشروع.
12. اجراء تحليل مستمر لحالة الشركة تعتمد على تحليل (SWOT) من اجل اعداد خطة استراتيجية أكثر دقة.
13. المشاركة في تطوير قدرات ومهارات موظفي قسم التسويق والمبيعات لتمكينهم من الترويج للمشاريع والخدمات الجديدة.
14. تزويد الادارة بمقترحات تتعلق بتطوير آليات العمل والخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة.
15. الالتزام بأتباع وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالعمل والتعاون مع الدوائر والاقسام الاخرى
16. حفظ وارشفة البيانات الورقية والالكترونية بشكل دروي والحفاظ على امنها وسريتها
17. تقديم تقارير دورية عن انجازات العمل واية تقارير اخرى لازمة و القيام بأي مهام يكلف بها بما تقتضيه متطلبات العمل.

• Prepare and review the necessary forms and quality requirements as needed in the quality plan.
• Follow up the internal auditing for all recordings.
• Follow up the monthly recording and filing process.
• Prepares the QC reports and final estimation of the work qualifications.
• Indexing all the drawings and quality forms to achieve the target.
• Involve with projects warrantee period.
• General knowledge of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Training in Quality Control Department to follow up and witness:
• Standards for excellence.
• Quality control documents.
• Monthly reports control.
• Implementation for King Abdullah award criteria for excellence.
