•Prepare Project Histogram & maximize the utilization of equipment. Secure a profitable utilization of the company Plant assets by minimizing idle and rental equipment, recommending scrapping, renting out or selling equipment within company guidelines while ensuring timely reporting and asset management.
•Monitor & Control fleet operations, utilization of equipment & manpower eficiency.
•Fleet Requisition Periodic evaluation of equipment & fleet inventory
•Manage, control, and develop the Plant in all Areas of operations, ensuring maximum utilization and eficiency of plant, fleet, equipment, and machines.
•Operate the Plant Division as a zero-cost center, ensuring that cost is optimized, and the plant division is focused on increasing Company's competitiveness in the market at the same time increasing shareholder value.
•Disposal of Old Equipment. Prepare the equipment evaluation & analyze which equipment to be sale & for spare parts cannibalization.
•Coordinated the allocation of personnel and equipment across the region ensuring suficient resources are available to deliver a high level of customer service.
•Monitoring & evaluating the Equipment Department performance and searched out best practices or created actions plans to correct poor performance.
•Oversee the proper assessment of new equipment purchase in terms of needs, variety ofers and quality/cost combination.
•Support in the evaluation of bids during the Tendering process, provide technical and pricing support to the Estimation Department at tendering stages.

•Coordinate with Fleet Managers to ensure service work is being performed cost efectively, on-time, and within budget parameters.
•Manage, plan, organize, and control all maintenance activities and maintenance team to ensure that all technical conditions running and operating in normal condition of vehicles are maintained at prescribed standards without unplanned breakdown
•Inventory & Material Management
•Perform accurate Planning for all spare parts and consumables and request an order accordingly to avoid any stock outages.
•Monitor & control the parts requisition by the maintenance department & Coordinate with the Procurement regarding with the status of request.
•Proactively review spare parts and consumables stock levels on a monthly basis and make recommendations that will avoid excess inventory issues.

•Plan Plant operation in coordination with respective Area/Project Manager assuring required work eficiency and efectiveness.
•Develop/update ERP plant module to include resource planning of plant equipment and resources.
•Implement and monitor preventative maintenance to all equipment in all project sites to assure cost efective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturer's specifications.
•Develop Major repairs Plans and monitor the status in weekly basis in order to achieve the target.

•Plan and prepare the department annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives.
•Plan and control the Group Plant budgeting activities and establish a tracking mechanism to evaluate Plant performance and cost efectiveness.

•Analyzing the asset revenue against expenditures such as labor cost, spare parts, tire, fuel & etc. Safety Management

•Conduct periodic Group performance evaluation meetings with Areas Equipment teams and develop recommendations. Report identifying successful and unsuccessful activities drawing lessons for the future.
•Perform various responsibilities related to team management including hiring, setting goals, managing absence, coaching, deciding on merit increases and promotional opportunities, taking disciplinary actions and resolving grievances and conflicts.
•Conduct periodic visits to Area Plants and Stores, inspect flow of operations and examine faced challenges/issues. Government Relation
