- Developing and managing a close relationship with a portfolio of High Value Premium customers, with the passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Advising on and completing customer requests and providing expertise on Premium products or services and concierge requests.

- Overseeing the status of PR campaigns.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Presenting campaign plans to clients for approval or modification.
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- Handling budgets and managing campaign costs.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
Bachelor degree in English Literature and Linguistics
