Sadara Chemical company is a joint venture by and between two giant leaders; namely Saudi ARAMCO and Dow Chemical Company.

Based on my training experience, I was hired as a Training Coordinator in the Training and Development Department.

- Coordinate with career counselors on training and development plans, collate time sheets and performance reports, generate KPI reports and distribute to all stakeholders, via Access Database.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting both achievements and deviations from either plans or budgets, via Access Database.
- Manage Apprentice's timekeeping, via Access Database.
- Maintian the Apprinticeship Program database on a daily basis
- Individual Development Plan form should be developed by the Training Coordintor approved by the department manager
- following-up with Training & development manager for the sutiable training plan program for the departments employees.
- ensure the smooth and effective function of training event and special project
- Keep the manager updated on status of assigned task.
- Attend classes and present summry to staff.
- Answering and responding to outside communication such as phone call, faxs and emails, this include ongoing communication from training participant, presenter or client
- support the adminisrartive funcition of training program and staff as needed, this includes but not limited to, corrspondance with training participant, client and data entry
- Housing, mainting and updating the hard files and electronic files pertaining for training programs and client
