- Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing
activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
- Analyze the current and past product deficiencies in order to provide
recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
- Work on new products enhancement or even creation.
- Develop the bank’s database.
- Conduct channel comparison with competitors offering services, promotions and special offerings on e-channels.
- Prepare well organized studies and reports concerning the performance of delivery channels (network and e-channels).
- Implement the retail distribution in terms of branches opening, closure, and relocation as well as ATM expansion.
- Analyze and coordinate with related department to ensure availability on regular basis of the channels performance (branches, ATMs, website, internet banking, e-payments, SMS and mobile banking, ) and take corrective action to improve performance.
- Enhance contact center efficiency.
- Conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
- Marketing research, sales forecasting, and promotional planning.
- Prepare feasibility and profitability for retail banking products and campaigns.
- Drafting and editing press releases and radio scripts.
- Prepare market scans.
- Ensure that the product operates as required via system and sales channels.
- Handle marketing related issues; budgeting, advertising and media plans.
- Negotiate deals with officials and companies’ representatives.
- Communicate with third parties such as the ad agency to work on strategic planning and campaign planning.
- Coordinate, organize and attend special marketing events.
