Committing to deliver the objectives of the annual HR department plan in line with organization’s
strategic plans.
− Preparing payroll includes calculating (monthly salaries, overtime, bonus, incentives, STB).
− Controlling all personnel affairs related to (Attendance, disciplinary actions and procedures,
investigations, staff business travel & Per-dimes, orientation & induction, employment contracts,
insurance …etc).
− Controlling HR MenaItech System including (Mena HR, Pay, TA, Me) modules.
− Coordinating and administrating training plans.
− Delivering HR reports presenting major activities (new recruits, resignations, exit interview
reports & feedback, staff turnover ratio, other statistics, progress status of the annual objectives
plan, overall budget balance, staff in training … etc.)
− Full cycle recruiting following through to the offer stage (work with line managers to create job
postings, identify the best medium to advertise jobs, screen resumes and conduct phone
interviews, attend in-person interviews line managers, administer pre-hire assessments and
Scheduling, organizing and conducting interviews.
− Screening received CVs based on quality and specific standards and updating the candidates'
database in advance of need.
− Updating manpower force plan regularly.
− Attending job fairs for recruiting purposes and company recognition.
− Checking the HR employment email and retrieving applicant information as needed.
− Following up with new hired employees though their probation period.
− Regulating Insurance services of employees; Health, Life and Cancer insurance.
− Completing assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination and hiring.
− Providing assistance in staff performance evaluations.
− Providing assistance in conducting surveys to measure the satisfaction of employees regarding the
laws and services of the company.
− Providing administrative support in the various HR functions such as development, performance
monitoring, and the organization policies and procedures.
