Duties and responsibilities:
· Study and process the pre-qualification forms of bidding contractors.
· Preparing the evaluation forms in coordination with the owner’s instructions
· Preparing status reports to track the progression of the evaluation process.
· Coordination of joint meetings between owner, designer & contractors.
-General study for any new project
-Price Estimation Upon Quantities and specifications
-Contacting suppliers; and price estimating each item
-Basic time scheduling
-Follow up with clients for any new modifications
-On-Site shop drawings
-Follow up with the consultant for any submittals or inspection requests
-Tackle any design problems that might pop-up
-Coordination with the MEP department
-Coordination with the Sub-Contractors & follow-up with all the construction phases
