Responsible for leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business growth objectives across all product categories
•Responsible for the generation, execution and achievement of visibility objectives
•Responsible for providing leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs
•Specifically, responsible for generating and implementing the annual promotions calendar
•Specifically, responsible for the generation and implementation of Go To Market (GTM) strategies for both current & new products
•Responsible for managing and evaluating market including trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns
•Specifically, responsible for regularly conducting customer satisfaction surveys and ensuring corrective actions are taken on issues raised
•Responsible for managing and controlling the Trade Marketing budget
•Responsible for performing any other duties assigned by Senior Management
Brand Marketing - New Balance
•Working closely with Brand Marketing Manager to develop an integrated marketing & communication strategy (inclusive of ATL, BTL & Digital planning) with 3rd party/ wholesale distributors
•Strategize on the marketing objectives & activities of the brands for the GCC region in accordance with the sales objectives, product push required and guidelines from brand principals
•Liaising with brand principals on seasonal marketing plans & conceptualization of regional campaigns
•Effective Budget management to generate maximum ROI
•Planning and executing events like store launches/ season launch events/ press days/ in-store activations/ Radio road shows
•360 media planning & execution across the region
•Liaise with the brand team on performance of brands in stores & build strategy to increase Sales, FF & to ensure ROI
•Create and implement social media & digital strategy with a focus on Facebook, Instagram and Blogger Outreach to maximize digital presence
