PROJECT NAME: AMC for O & M of H.H. Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Palaces (UAE)
CLIENT:H.H. Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Private Department.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Worked as a Project Engineer in Gulf Industrial Services Company - LLC. (www.giscoauh.ae/) from December 2006 to till a day,
• Meeting the client requirements, on a day to day operations including all modes of maintenance Emergency, Urgent, Reactive and Planned Preventive maintenance.
• Managing Hard Services, Soft Services and Water Management (RO / Wastewater Plants).
• Managing & Inviting quotations from specialized suppliers for awarding the Annual maintenance contract according to the annual budget.
• Ensure that all works a carried out in a timely manner with high standards and discharged as per respective contracts.
• Responsible for optimum presentation of the project at all times, with particular emphasis on all sites.
• Meeting with the client on a weekly bases, discussing pending operation issues & submitting monthly reports.
• Weekly meeting & Walk-a-rounds with client engineers & site mangers, Auditing to maintain standards.
• Meeting the consultant & contractors for an update of pending snags, DLP issues updating the client.
• Inventory of monthly consumables & procurement of materials with comparison rates & submission to client for approval.
• Ensure a central archive of up to date contact details are maintained for all contractors and all staff are aware of which contractors have to be contacted as an applicable escalation path.
• Remains available on a 24-hour, 7-day on-call basis as the principal respondent to physical plant emergencies and off-standard situations.
• Monitors the operations of CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system), BMS (Building management system) RO plant & STP Plant.
• Specification & Procurement assistance for material requirements.
• Preparing budget reports.
• Co-ordination with the local departments in regards to documentation in needs apart for invoices.
