• Management of planned, reactive, and incidental works delivery for safety, housekeeping, waste management, and pest control.
• Responsible for monitoring SLAs and KPIs of the outsourced contractors and track performance levels of the contractor providing soft services against set KPIs and SLAs by routinely assessing performance
• Maintain an up-to-date record of all assets installed within the properties managed.
• Responsible for ensuring all team members and contractors teams are operating efficiently.
• Arrange necessary training to maintain/improve standards.

• Plans, organizes, implements, and controls work procedures, schedules, and maintenance programs to be followed by the department's various Managers/Engineers to ensure each plan is delivered as targeted & established standards are met.
• Makes periodic & surprise checks of all assets under his jurisdiction and implement rigorous preventive and corrective maintenance regimes.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports of activities.
Attend meetings with consultants and clients for all technical reviews.
Guided project managers to identify technical problems and resolved them.
Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for the landscape projects.
Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
Participate in weekly meetings with project teams to identify the problems and resolved and initiate corrective plans to prevent the same problems to happen again.
Follow up on all issues related to maintenance sites including workers' issues and customer complaints and resolve them.
Assure that maintenance has been done at the sites on time and as per standards.
Ensure the work will be done as planned and the project completed on time as agreed with the customer.
Check the irrigation system is functioning well, pressure check if needed.
Managing all farm agricultural activities i.e., Cultivation of soil, Planting of different field crops and
vegetables in different seasons.
• Check the quality of material (Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Agricultural equipment) during Purchase.
• Supervise pest or weed control operations, identifying pests or weeds, selecting chemicals application
methods & scheduling application.
• Maintain or repair agricultural facilities, equipment or tools to make sure operational readiness, safety,
and also cleanliness.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
• Execution and Supervision Landscape along-with irrigation maintenance as well as minor projects.
• Managing staff schedules and assigning individual responsibilities
• Interviewing and hiring employees and ensuring they’re properly trained.
• Keeping production and morale high and taking steps to improve retention.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing
building equipment
