The main responsibility includes issuing the insurance policy after detail study of the
proposal from the client.

trace file, to ensure all weekly. Monthly and bi-annual deadlines are met by the DOS&M.
To maintain good communication with banquet and reservation departments for any
banqueting and reservation requests.
To be fully competent in MS WORD, MS EXCEL, POWER POINT and when implemented to
provide training and support to other members of the sales team in these applications as
required.
To continually enhance and improve the efficiency and organization of the departments by
design and implementing system.
In absence of DOS&M liaise with the PR and advertising agencies to ensure effective
communication is maintained .proof reading of marketing / advertising material as required.
Action or distribute any enquiries or correspondence.
Working with the sales team to action and distribute the corporate rate agreement letters
on a yearly basis.
Distribute slides as required on the request of the sales team.
Minute taking of sales meeting and other meeting where necessary.
With the support of the sales team to complete the annual travel management contracts.
To take responsibility and / or support as appropriate, any departmental projects as
directed by the DOSM.
Promoting policies by good relationship with all business associates.
Liaise with internal department and providing advice on reorganization and development of
business.
Provide efficient customer/client services to boost corporate relations and business growth.
