Establishing a Project Management Office PMO.
Building up an internal Project Mgmt methodology.
Provide recommendations on projects selection and prioritization.
Aligning company initiatives with its strategic goals and objectives.
Ensure strategic project plans, schedules and objectives are consistent with the corresponding overall programs.
Ensure the application of EPMO project management methodologies, tools and standards to all strategic projects.
Facilitate project and program management meetings to present projects delivery performance updates to the CEO, other project sponsors, and the portfolios committees, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards for the strategic portfolios project delivery performance
Managing Mobily Strategic Programs, taking into account integration across all enterprise departments.
Work and align with senior management team to set the overall strategy and objectives for a group of projects.
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
Work with individual project managers to establish plans and goals for each project
Work closely with project managers to track progress and provide updates on any changes in strategy or priorities.
Rigorously follow identified projects with project Managers from inception to closure.
Monitor health of projects and propose alternatives and actively engage in the execution of these projects.
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities
Monitor and manage program schedule, Risk...etc.
Report to the steering committee and raising strategic issues.
Communicate program status to program sponsor, all team members, and other relevant stakeholders and involved parties.
Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the program and where they impact on other activities, program and portfolios
Managing mega projects including and not limited to all financial, resources and technical activities and reporting the execution plan to the director of key account Projects.
Developing/refining processes and systems to define comprehensive plans for large, complex, highly technical projects that cover the IP Network System, Passive Fiber System and GSM/3G in door & out door solution
Establishing the appropriate project/team structures, reporting systems and metrics and monitoring performance against plans
Ensuring that program, budget, design specification, quality, controlled and are completed to the required standards and supported by the relevant documentation.
Maintaining an excellent flow of information and adequate communication with the Etihad Etisalat office and project owners ensuring efficient interaction with technical advisory teams and support areas.
Managed the implementation and delivery of various Customers IT-base projects from the early stages of scoping, requirements and resources gathering, planning and execution all the way to the final testing procedures.
Manage major local and international connectivity implementation projects including the setup of ZAJIL POPS kingdom wide.
Reporting projects execution progress to all stakeholders focusing on overall project schedule, budget, challenges and recommendations.
Monitoring system performance of Zajil & customer’s link and services.
Configuration & troubleshooting of different devices and technologies including CISCO, Juniper, Netscreen and cash flow.
Field support for different ITS customers
