• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
● Must be a current member of Regent House
● Proven experience of decision-making including in relation to sensitive and complex cases
● Experience of drafting clear and succinct reasons for case decisions
● Experience of commissioning investigations
● Experience of working with higher education students
● Experience of alternative methods of resolution
● Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluation
department activities.

● Prepare communications and assist in the processing of documents of officials and employees.
● Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
● Prepare Notice of Meeting and attendance Sheets
● Prepare acceptance letter, memo on documentary requirements, memo on settlement of accountabilities.
● Responsible for the Spiritual growth of the students and teachers.
● Responsible for providing quality knowledge for the students in terms of faith.
● Responsible for preparing the weekly lesson plan and module for the students.
● Responsible in handling the issues of the students.
