The job role involves handling operations of the Center and preparation for IELTS tests that happen across the UAE. This includes all the Emirates.
In addition I liaison with Cambridge with regards to ordering of confidential materials and other areas of the IELTS.
The job role involves alot of forward planning as well as problem solving, during the exams and including individuals.
I was part of the pilot batch and involved in setting up the center for operations.
Once the center was functional I have been handling the Guest Relations in addition to organizing the training schedules and overseeing the operations along with other senior staff with regards to the Gym, Spa and Restaurant.
To provide the customer service to clients who hold Mortgages, Credit Cards, and Bank Accounts with Barclays BAnk UK.
To assess and provide customers with packages that will help achieve their required fitness goals.
In time I was also handling Corporate Memberships and planning Corporate Workout sessions.
I freelanced within the Event Industry as a supervisor for events that take place across the city.
Some parts of it involved planning the locations and organizing and supervising the staff for the day.
