Duties & Responsibilities
• Image editing via Photoshop for our website and social media posting for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
• Visual graphics via Photoshop to be use on our banners, flyers, backgrounds and layouts.
• Responsible for marketing strategies via social media platform.
• Securing and troubleshooting the office networking system.
• Hardware and Software installation on every computer and laptop of the office.
• Remote connectivity troubleshooting on laptops, computers and other devices.
• Managing the I.T facilities and purchasing needed equipment’s upon business needs.
• Doing site visit on 2 different stores aside from the main office to do a routine check of the electronic facilities.
• Installing biometrics for attendance of the employees.

• Managing our website (www.stenders-cosmetics.ae) and doing back-end process for online purchases via MAGENTO platform.
• CCTV installation in the whole office and 2 stores, configuring on any device to remotely access the CCTV’s

• Reserves tour slots from the suppliers upon the approval of the guests

• Provides adequate information to customers about different Microsoft software compatible with their system
